Launching to the public tomorrow (1st May) in Selfridges London, the ASCENT programme uses a series of thought-provoking images, sounds and colours founded on the art and science of fragrance through the trusted iPod Touch and helps individuals discover a scent that reflects their true perfume personality. Based upon the powerful message of aroma-chology, psycho-graphics and kinesthetics it embodies the magic and emotions of scent. Once the customer’s personality is revealed – whether sophisticated, casual or seductive – a scent can be recommended that is personally suited to them.
Mine were absolutely spot on! Donna Karan Chaos and because I’m greedy I did indeed have a second, DKNY Delicious Night; both very oriental, spicy and scents with a depth to them, just the perfect fragrances to attract my lover ;0)
The concept is very clever and a great tool for the consultants to be able to engage on a more personal level with the consumer… GENIUS!
