It may be my age but I love all things homely, furniture shopping, DIY, gardening, dinner parties, and general sprucing up, so that’s why I am delighted to have been given the chance to attend GRAND DESIGNS LIVE at the ExCel Centre, London this weekend!

With recently having had the burden of refurbishing my latest property it’s been most certainly the biggest rollercoaster ride of my life so far, why you may well ask…? Purely because so many unexpected jobs needed to be addressed and that of course came at a price, however I am pleased to say that I am in a great place now and love the new look!

This is why exhibitions like GRAND DESIGNS LIVE are so important, they really do generate food for thought and get the creative juices flowing… my next project is the great outdoors, so will be heading straight for the Grand Garden section for some inspiration and guidance.

The show is running from 1^st-9^th May.
